常见问题

我的打卡记录能跨设备同步吗？

目前不支持。所有数据保存在当前设备的本地存储。换新手机时建议先记录关键时间点（起始日期 / 当前连续天数）再卸载。

如何恢复 Pro 购买？

Pro 是一次性终身内购，绑定你购买时使用的 Apple ID。新设备上用同一 Apple ID 登录 App Store，打开 SoberStreak 内购页面点击「Restore Purchases」即可恢复。

如何申请退款？

内购退款由 Apple 统一处理。访问 reportaproblem.apple.com，用购买时的 Apple ID 登录，找到 SoberStreak 的订单申请。

如果我意外点了「重置 streak」怎么办？

目前重置是不可逆操作。请务必确认后再点。如果确实误操作，可以联系我们，我们可以协助通过删除应用数据重建记录（但具体日期你得记得）。

这款 App 会收集我的数据吗？

不会。SoberStreak 不需要注册账号，不收集个人身份信息。详见隐私政策。

Frequently asked questions

Can my streak data sync across devices?

Not yet. All data stays on the current device. When switching phones, note down your key dates (start date / current streak) before uninstalling.

How do I restore my Pro purchase?

Pro is a one-time lifetime IAP tied to your Apple ID. On a new device, sign into the App Store with the same Apple ID, open the SoberStreak paywall, and tap "Restore Purchases".

How do I request a refund?

IAP refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase, locate the SoberStreak order, and request a refund.

What if I accidentally tapped "Reset streak"?

Reset is currently irreversible. Please confirm carefully before tapping. If a genuine mistake occurred, contact us and we can help rebuild the record by deleting app data — but you'll need to remember the actual date.

Does this app collect my data?

No. SoberStreak does not require an account and does not collect personal information. See the Privacy Policy for details.
