SoberStreak Privacy Policy

Short version: SoberStreak collects zero personal data. No sign-up, no accounts, all streak data stays on your device.

1. What we don't collect

• No personal identifiers (name, email, phone, ID numbers)
• No location data
• No access to contacts, photos, microphone, or camera
• No device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV)
• No third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs

2. Where your data lives

Everything you save in SoberStreak—sobriety start date, streak count, reset history, achievements, milestones, language preference—stays in the app's private directory on your device. Nothing is sent over the network or uploaded to any server.

Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all local data.

3. In-app purchases

SoberStreak Pro is available as an Apple In-App Purchase (IAP). Purchase state is managed via RevenueCat. When you make a purchase:

• Payment is handled by Apple App Store. Apple collects necessary payment information. See the Apple Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat receives an anonymous device identifier (App User ID) to sync purchase state; no personally identifiable information is included. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

4. Permissions

SoberStreak requests only optional notification permission, used to send streak reminders. You can disable it at any time in iOS Settings.

5. Children

SoberStreak is intended for adult users (17+) and is not directed at children under 14. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

6. Changes to this policy

If a future version of SoberStreak changes how data is handled (for example, introducing cloud sync), we will notify users in-app and update this page.
