欢迎使用 CoupleQuiz（以下简称「本 App」）。本 App 由 Beijing Dramavision Technology Co., Ltd.（以下简称「我们」）开发与运营。你在下载、安装或使用本 App 即视为已阅读并同意本协议。如不同意，请停止使用并卸载本 App。

1. 付费下载与使用授权

CoupleQuiz 是一款一次性付费下载的 iOS 应用，不包含任何订阅、应用内购买或广告。

• 你通过 Apple App Store 支付下载费用（售价为 $3.99 或对应地区等值货币，最终以 App Store 显示为准）后，将获得本 App 的非独占、不可转让的永久个人使用权。
• 购买记录绑定你的 Apple ID。你可在任意一台登录同一 Apple ID 的 iOS 设备上，通过 App Store「已购项目」免费重新下载本 App（遵循 Apple 标准的设备授权及家庭共享规则）。
• 付费下载不赠送任何订阅服务；本 App 的功能与内容在购买时已完整包含于安装包中，后续无需再次付费。

2. 退款政策

本 App 的销售与退款由 Apple 统一处理。如需申请退款，请访问 reportaproblem.apple.com，按 Apple 官方退款政策操作。我们作为开发者无法直接处理由 Apple 收取的款项退款。

3. 使用限制

• 本 App 仅供个人非商业使用，不得转售、转授权或用于商业牟利。
• 不得尝试破解、逆向工程、反编译本 App，不得以任何方式规避 Apple App Store 的付费下载机制。
• 不得将本 App 用于任何违反所在国家 / 地区法律法规的行为。

4. 知识产权

本 App 的所有内容——包括但不限于问题卡牌文案、UI 设计、图标、动画、配色方案、代码——的著作权与相关知识产权归 Beijing Dramavision Technology Co., Ltd. 所有。未经书面许可，任何单位和个人不得复制、转载、修改、传播、商用或用于训练 AI 模型。

5. 免责声明

• 本 App 是一款面向情侣的对话互动娱乐产品，不提供心理咨询、婚姻咨询、性治疗等专业服务，也不构成任何专业建议。
• 本 App 不能替代面对面的真人专业咨询。若你或你的伴侣正在经历严重情感困扰、心理健康问题或关系危机，请及时寻求持证心理咨询师或医疗专业人士的帮助。
• 因使用本 App 产生的任何后果，我们不承担责任（除非法律另有强制规定）。

6. 协议变更

我们可能根据产品变化或法律要求更新本协议。更新后的协议将在本页面发布，并在 App 内以合理方式提示。继续使用即视为接受新版本。

7. 管辖法律与争议解决

本协议的签订、效力、解释、履行及争议解决均适用中华人民共和国法律（为本协议之目的，不包括香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区及台湾地区法律）。

因本协议产生的任何争议，双方应首先友好协商；协商不成的，任何一方可向 Beijing Dramavision Technology Co., Ltd. 所在地人民法院提起诉讼。

CoupleQuiz Terms of Use

Welcome to CoupleQuiz (the "App"). The App is developed and operated by Beijing Dramavision Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use and uninstall the App.

1. Paid download and license

CoupleQuiz is a one-time paid iOS download. It contains no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no advertising.

• After you pay the download price through the Apple App Store (priced at $3.99 USD, or the equivalent in your local currency; the final price shown by the App Store governs), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual personal license to use the App.
• Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID. You may re-download the App for free on any iOS device signed in with the same Apple ID via the App Store "Purchased" list, subject to Apple's standard device authorization and Family Sharing rules.
• The paid download does not include any subscription services. All features and content are fully bundled in the install package at the time of purchase; no further payment is required.

2. Refunds

All sales and refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's official refund policy. As the developer, we cannot directly refund payments collected by Apple.

3. Usage restrictions

• The App is for personal, non-commercial use only. Resale, relicensing, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
• You must not attempt to crack, reverse-engineer, or decompile the App, or circumvent the Apple App Store paid-download mechanism in any way.
• You must not use the App for anything that violates the laws of your country or region.

4. Intellectual property

All content in the App — including but not limited to question card text, UI design, icons, animation, color scheme, and code — is owned by Beijing Dramavision Technology Co., Ltd. No part may be copied, republished, modified, redistributed, used commercially, or used to train AI models without prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer

• The App is a conversational entertainment product for couples. It does not provide psychological counseling, marriage counseling, sex therapy, or any professional service and does not constitute professional advice.
• The App is not a substitute for in-person professional help. If you or your partner are experiencing serious emotional distress, mental health issues, or a relationship crisis, please consult a licensed counselor or healthcare professional.
• To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any consequences arising from use of the App.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves or as law requires. Updates will be posted on this page and notified reasonably in-app. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding, for the purposes of these Terms, the laws of Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, and Taiwan).

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. Failing that, either party may bring the dispute to a competent People's Court at the location of Beijing Dramavision Technology Co., Ltd.
