A one-time paid download with no in-app purchases and no subscriptions — fully offline after install. 150+ carefully crafted question cards to help you and your partner reconnect, explore new sides of each other, and spark deeper conversations. Below are the most common questions and how to reach us.
CoupleQuiz is tied to the Apple ID you used to purchase it. On a new device, sign in to the App Store with that same Apple ID, open the App Store, go to Account > Purchased, find CoupleQuiz, and tap the download icon — it will re-download for free. You can also search for "CoupleQuiz" directly in the App Store; the download button will show as free.
Refunds for this app are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase, locate the CoupleQuiz order, and submit a refund request. As the developer, we cannot directly refund payments collected by Apple.
No. CoupleQuiz does not require an account and does not collect your name, email, location, contacts, or any personal information. It contains no analytics or advertising SDKs. All local data (language preference, game progress) stays on your device. The download and payment flow is handled by the Apple App Store. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Check that you have a working internet connection and restart the App Store. If the download still doesn't start, open the App Store, go to Account > Purchased, and manually tap re-download. If the issue persists, email us with a screenshot of the App Store purchase receipt (including the order ID) and we'll sort it out.
